He first worked on avant-garde projects in Lausanne and Montreal, as well as on the harmonious integration of modifications during the upgrading of several convents in Quebec. He then developed, while working at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) in Gatineau, an in-depth understanding of federal issues and policies regarding heritage conservation across the country. Returning to Quebec, he spent over ten years, again with the same ministry, helping federal heritage buildings continue their path. Most often occupied on site assessing the condition of buildings and supervising construction sites, he has gained solid experience in complex situations, whether by rehabilitating buildings in isolated areas such as Grosse-Île, providing technical and strategic advice on the restoration of masonry for significant buildings in downtown Montreal, or carrying out major work on prestigious buildings at the Citadel of Quebec.
Since early 2018, Léïc has applied the same passion and rigor to building issues from all eras, working on numerous techno-legal expertise files. At the end of 2020, he joined the team at Partie 5, where he continues this work while conducting technical audits, building envelope assessments, and facade inspections, including rope access.
